Goods damaged in transit must be reported within as soon as possible and within a maximum of 24 hours. Payments can be made by debit and credit cards or by bacs. Delivery will be made as soon as possible after payment has been received and within 30 days of payment. Currently we only deliver to the UK. Any items that are returned in working order the delivery charges will be paid by the customer both ways. If the goods have been delivered and you change your mind you will be invoiced for delivery and are responsible for packing the goods as per original packing and must arrange for the goods to be returned at your cost and must send via recorded delivery. Any items that are tailor made can not be returned. Items that have a seal can not be returned once the seal is broken. Most products come with a years return to base warranty unless otherwise specified.You have the right to cancel an order within 14 days from the day you receive your goods carriage for the goods to be sent to you. It is your duty to return the goods and the cost of returning the goods is down to you.
